A friend should be able to feel the air come out under the car where the drain tubes exit. You could probably adapt the air fitting at a service station used to fill your tires or ask the technician to blow out the tubes. Look for the small drain holes around the perimeter of the sunroof. You might also somehow feed water into the drain hole with a small funnel (rubber hose attached) and then watch and see how fast it comes out under the car.
