		<description>I would use DWV grade 3 in. its cheaper and work as good as sch.40.DWV stands for Drain Waste Vent.</description>

		<description>Id use sch 40 some people use 30/34 pipe but if you hit it in the winter its broke.4&#039;&#039;sch 40 to get away from the house then switch to 4&quot;coiled drain tile with the sock cover unless your running it out to grade then sch 40 above ground 30-34 under ground. perforated pipe is 2729 the 3034 is like one grade thicker.  3&quot; pipe will not handle the flow from a roof.and fyi dwv(drain waste and vent) is sch 40 The cheaper way of going sch 40 would be using foam core pipe its not for pressure.</description>
