		<description>Yes, that would probably be your best bet as you describe.  It sounds like they used soft pipe before.  That black flexible stuff.  It&#039;s probably getting smashed.  I would replace it with some modern PVC pipe.  That is if you really need it.  The cheapest way would be to eliminate it all together.</description>

		<description>i dont know where you live, but do you really need an underground drain for gutters?  if not , change it and fill the holes as they will be troublesome in the future.</description>
