		<description>i would personally run your new underground pipe into one of the existing catch basins, provided the new pipe is a touch higher than the outlet in the catch basin, the purpose of a catch basin is to catch the silt sand soil etc from entering your pipes, the cb&#039;s should be cleaned out yearly if you want to avoid trouble.</description>
