Those guys will buy all kinds of glass for their projects. I would stay away from they in your garden. If you have a drainage issue, just use regular pea stone. It will be smooth and safe to work with, just don't use large pieces at all since when you dig you may break them and cause your garden to be full of razor edged glass.
